as most answers can be found within these pages.
To log a support ticket;
Collect all the information relating to your support issue - This may include data files, error reports etc.
Login to your secure Control Panel
and click on 'Make a Ticket' as seen in the sample on the right.
Complete the details of your support issue and submit them to Zamaco for the matter to be resolved.
